13 Oct. に、Adobe Flash Player が 19.0.0.207 に更新されました。Chrome , Windows 8 , 10は、即日配布ではありませんでした。Windows 7 , XP 等は更新可能でした。13 Oct. 22:00には、スタンドアローンインストーラも差し替えられていました。（18:00は未だ旧バージョン、22:00に確認した時点では最新版 19.0.0.207 に差替えられていました）

Adobe Flash Player が 19.0.0.226 に緊急更新 されました。Chromeも自動でFlash Playerのみ更新されています。!!   20 Oct. 2015 にWindows 8 , 10 にもWindows Update を通じて配布されました。XP ,7 に限って言えば、下記のリンクからの更新が確実でした。

10月、定例のWindows Updateの検証結果です。Windows XP , Office 2003 , 2010 (32bit)を記載してあります。Windows XPでは、こちらの環境だけかもしれませんが、複数台のPCでWindows Update サーバが不安定になっていました。IIS に飛ばされたり、ページエラーが発生していました。何回か試行して接続できた隙に更新を行いました。翌日には正常に更新の確認が出来るようになってました。（更新はありませんが…） Windows XPについては、KB890830 “悪意のあるソフトウェアの削除ツール”だけでした。

10月定例外のWindows Updateが、10/07に配布されました。Windows7は、オプションが2項目です。KB3083710 = 2.5MB = Option = 保留、KB2952664 = 4.0MB = Option = 非表示(Hidden) ,としました。どちらもWindows 10へのアップグレード関連と思われます。特にKB2952664については、Windows10にアップグレードする予定の方以外は非表示で差し支えありません。

Win32k.sysの更新 : Win32k.sys update in Windows: October 2015. タッチ ハードウェアの品質保証の確認を削除。またフォント関係の処理に関する更新のようです。現状では問題が起きていないので、保留としました。しかもWindows 8.1 , Windows Server 2012 R2 用の記載だけで、Windows 7に関する説明は一切ありません。タッチディスプレィを使用している方には、なんらかの改良があるかもしれませんが、デスクトップ環境のクライアント PCには不要な更新と考えました。引き続きMicrosoftのKBの更新をモニターして行きます。

  • Removes the Touch Hardware Quality Assurance (THQA) certification verification check in the Win32k.sys driver in Windows 8.1.
  • タッチ ハードウェアの品質保証の確認を削除する(Windows 8.1)
  • Font files remain open by the system, and can’t be deleted when they’re used in a call to CreateScalableFontResource in Windows Server 2012 R2.
  • システムによって開かれたフォントファイルが残り、CreateScalableFontResourceに呼び出され使用された時に削除されない。(Windows Server 2012 R2)

Windows8において、 KB3035583 が再度配布されています。注意して下さい。Windows10への更新アプリをインストールするものです。(GWX = Get Windows 10 app) 12 Sep. 2015の時点では、MicrosoftのKBから一旦削除されてました。今回 Windows 8 に推奨（カテゴリーは重要）で配布されています。Windows 10関連の更新は、Windows Updateとは分離し、iso Fileのパッケージにして、アプグレードを計画している（望んでいる）人に配布してくれるように、Microsoftには提言しています。しかし、ユーザーの声など反映されることはないと思います。もうすでに配布は始まっていますので。

10月定例外のWindows Updateが配布されました。Windows8は、オプションが2項目です。KB3083711 = 3.5MB = Option = 保留、KB2976978 = 3.5MB = Option = 非表示。KB2976978については注意が必要です。Windows Customer Experience Improvement Programに参加しているシステムで診断を行うプログラムです。業務用PCにおいては、不要な更新です。

10月、月例のWindows 8 Updateの検証結果です。Windows 8 では、今回は怪しい更新はありませんでした。KB3084905がOptionで配布されてます。Trusted Platform Module(TPM)関連の更新です。” 予期せぬ Trusted Platform Module(TPM) のロックアウトが起こる問題の修正 ” となっています。TPMについては、過去に更新適用後に問題が起こった事もあり、注意が必要です。適用する場合は、TPMを採用していない機体もあるので確認と準備をして行って下さい。こちらの環境では検証の為に、他の更新とは別に単独で適用し動作確認しています。Optionですので、問題の起こってないクライアントでは保留にしておいても、KBに記載してあるような問題が発生しなければ放置でかまいません。

補足: 14 Oct. 2015 に月例で配布された Windows Update の KB3088195 の適用で複数のLenovo PC において BSOD ( Blue Screen Of Death ) エラーが発生しています。

Windows 8 / 8.1 に特有の問題のようです。この問題は、KB3088195 と Lenovo USB Blocker software version 1.0.0.37 の間の互換性の不具合により起こります。以前に “Lenovo USB Blocker version 1.0.0.37” をインストールし、KB3088195をWindows Updateから適用した場合や、Offlineで適用した場合に、再起動時に BSOD が起こります。

オプションで 8項目が配布されています。基本的にデスクトップにストアアプリは不要と思っています。ストアアプリは使いませんので、ストアアプリに関する更新は保留にしました。問題があれば必要に応じてインストールすることとしました。( KB3034348, KB3091297 )

ヘブライ語が反転する問題の解決とTransatel APN データベース（フランス）の更新についても、こちらの環境では不要なので保留としました。( KB3087418, KB3095108)

KB3078405については、問題は起こってませんが、予防的にインストールして経過観察してます。KB3095649も明示的にWindows 8.1の問題修正となっているのでインストールし、経過観察してます。（タッチパネルデバイスは使っておりませんが…） KB3095701については注意が必要です。TPM関連の更新は、過去に不具合が発生してます。単独でインストールし動作確認を行っています。 KB3096433については予防的にインストールし経過観察を行っています。

ごく稀な環境なのか、エラー : 0x80004005 にて KB3093266 が更新に失敗するという現象が起こっているようです。過去にXP や 7 で試した方法が有効であるとの報告が上がってます。

10月、月例のWindows Updateの検証結果です。Windows 10については、Windows Updateの制御を実験中ですが、確認通知のみ自動で行い、ダウンロード、インストール、再起動は手動で行えるようになっています。（今回は、何故か制御出来ました。継続検討しています。） 項目を個別に選択、インストールする事は出来ません。Windows 10 に関しては、まだ未知の部分が多く、安定運用が可能かどうかは判断がつきかねます。フリーソフト（ツール、ユーティリティソフト含む）等で制御する事が出来ると報告されてますが、出来るだけ Windows 10の機能の範囲で検討を進めるつもりです。
