今回の Windows 10 Update で、バージョン 1511 OS ビルド 10586.318 から バージョン 1511 OS ビルド 10586.420 へ更新されました。
更新プログラムを適用後、初回の Internet Explorer 11 の起動時に設定を変更するように促されます。また、「推奨設定を使用しない」 を選択しても Windows 10 では、MSN のサイトに飛ばされます。二回目以降は正常に戻ります。
Windows 8.1 でも同様に、初回の Internet Explorer 11 の起動時に設定を変更するように促されます。ですが、MSN のサイトには飛ばされません。
Windows 7 での 初回の Internet Explorer 11 の起動時は、何も観察されませんでした。

全ての更新プログラムをインストールし確認しましたが、顕著な不具合は確認されていません。

Windows Update の前に手動で確実に復元ポイントの作成を強く推奨いたします。お使いの PC でのセーフモードの起動方法の確認と「 システム 修復 ディスク の作成 」、定期的な「 システム イメージ バックアップ 」 の作成も検討下さい。
