KB4048953 の Known issues in this update が更新されています。エプソンのプリンターの一部、ドットマトリックス プリンターに障害が出ているようです。CANON では印刷は出来てました。
これはプリンター ドライバーの問題ではないと記載されています。セキュリティとプリンター（印刷）を天秤にかけるようで嫌な感じがします。アンインストールするか問題解決まで待つか、または代替のプリンターを準備するかの選択となってしまいます。
