KB2976978 は、CEIP と 遠隔診断関連の更新プログラムです。業務用PC、いや Microsoft 社に積極的に協力している企業以外には無用、むしろ不具合の元となります。非表示と判定しました。
KB3123862 は、Windows 10 アップグレード関連の更新プログラムです。Windows 10 にアップグレードする環境以外は不要です。非表示と判定しました。
