KB4471324 は、2018-12 x64 ベース システム用 Windows 10 Version 1803 の累積更新プログラム (KB4471324) です。
最初は検出されず、再起動後に検出されるも更新に失敗しました。何度か再起動を行い成功しましたが、不可思議な OS です。Windows 10 は、まだ実務には使えないかも知れません。
また未修正の不具合も残っています。Known issues in this update をご確認下さい。
今回の更新 ( KB4471324 ) で、 バージョン 1803 ( OS ビルド 17134.471 ) へ更新されました。
更新プログラムをインストールし確認しましたが、確認した範囲では不具合は確認されていません。

Windows Update の前に手動で確実に復元ポイントの作成を強く推奨いたします。お使いの PC でのセーフモードの起動方法の確認と「 システム 修復 ディスク の作成 」、定期的な「 システム イメージ バックアップ 」 の作成も検討下さい。
