Provides a notification of an improved privacy experience on upgrade to the Windows 10 April 2018 release と表題にあるように、RS4へのアップグレードへの更新を通知する更新プログラムのようです。1803 へのアップグレードは一度失敗していますので、今後どうなるか、また様子見です。
今回の更新では、 バージョン 1709 ( OS ビルド 16299.431 ) のままです。
更新プログラムをインストールし確認しましたが、不具合は確認されていません。
