KB3205402 は、.NET のロールアップ更新プログラムです。
Windows Update の 更新の確認 が、まったく進まない現象が散見されています。
その場合、KB3172605 をインストールすれば直るケースがあります。ただし十分な検証ができていません。現状では情報として記載しておきます。
Windows Update を実施する前にはシステムの復元ポイントを作成しておく事を強くお勧めします。
