KB3150513 は、最新の互換性の定義ファイルです。 Creators Update の準備段階に入ったと思われます。

本日 ( 22 Apr. 2017 ) 早朝の確認では配信されていなかったと確認しています。Creators Update では、設定が初期化されるとの情報も飛び交っています。 Windows 10 については、未だ未完成の OS だと考えています。出来るだけ早く基本的な OS の機能は固定して欲しいのですが、現状では実用には不向きと言わざるをえません。

この更新 ( KB3150513 ) では、バージョン 1607 ( OS ビルド 14393.1066 ) のまま変更はありませんでした。。

KB3150513 は、全ての環境に配信されているわけではなく、順を追って配信されているものと思われます。

更新プログラムをインストールし確認しましたが、現在のところ不具合は確認されていません。
