12月 30日 KB3132372 Adobe Flash Player 20.0.0.267（最新）Windows 10 Update on 30 Dec. 2015
一回目 : エラー 0x800706d9 : ESET Smart Security v9.0 をインストールした際に、手動で Windows Firewall サービスを 停止、無効にしてありました。それが原因で起こったエラーです。他のウィルス対策ソフトを導入してあっても、Windows Firewall サービスを実行しておかないと Windows Update に失敗します。
Windows Firewall サービスを 開始、自動にして Windows Update を 行うと成功します。これは、Norton Security でも同様でした。ウィルス対策ソフトが原因ではなく、Windows の仕様（？）のようです。
Google Chrome から5日遅れて配信された事になります。Adobe 社の更新プログラムの配信からは2日遅れです。

Windows Update を実施する前に Windows 10 の「システムの復元ポイント」を作成しておく事をお勧めします。
Windows 10 の Windows Update の前に手動で明示的な復元ポイントの作成を推奨いたします。お使いの PC でのセーフモードの起動方法の確認と「 システム 修復 ディスク の作成 」、定期的な「 システム イメージ バックアップ 」 の作成も検討下さい。
