KB3102429 が、今回はオプションで再度配信されています。09 Dec. 2015 に重要（推奨）にオプションから昇格して配信され、それを非表示にした機種にも、今回はオプションで再度配信されています。
アゼルバイジャンのマナット通過、グルジアのラリ通貨をサポートする更新ですが、やはりフォント関係を書き換えるので不具合も疑っています。今回も保留としました。
