CVE-2016-4117 を含む 25件の脆弱性が修正されました。
Windows 8.1 , Windows 10 の Internet Explorer 11 , Edge に配信されている Adobe Flash Player 21.0.0.241 には、 CVE-2016-4117 の脆弱性の修正が含まれていない可能性が大です。
Windows Update から、 Adobe Flash Player 21.0.0.242 かそれ以降の Adobe Flash Player が配信されるまでは、Windows 8.1 , Windows 10 の環境で Internet Explorer 11 , Edge を利用される方は、十分な注意が必要です。
Internet の閲覧には、 一時的にでも Google Chrome を利用しておくのも、ひとつの対策です。

Summary
Adobe has released security updates for Adobe Flash Player for Windows, Macintosh, Linux and ChromeOS. These updates address critical vulnerabilities that could potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system. Adobe is aware of a report that an exploit for CVE-2016-4117 exists in the wild. Please refer to APSA16-02 for additional details.
Adobe recommends users of the Adobe Flash Player Desktop Runtime for Windows and Macintosh update to 21.0.0.242 via the update mechanism within the product when prompted, or by visiting the Adobe Flash Player Download Center.

Adobe 社のバージョン確認のページが更新されました。Google Chrome , Internet Explorer 11 ( Windows 7 ) では、 Adobe Flash Player 21.0.0.242 が最新となっています。
Windows 8 , Windows 10 では、 Adobe Flash Player 21.0.0.241 が最新となっています。APSA16-02 の脆弱性が修正されているかどうかは不明です。引き続き注意が必要です。

Adobe Flash Player 21.0.0.242 をインストールしてあれば、バージョンの表示には反映されます。
Adobe Flash Player 21.0.0.242 は、 Critical な セキュリティの更新です。 Windows 8 , Windows 10 には、未だ Windows Update からの配信はありません。インターネットの閲覧には十分注意して下さい。

A critical vulnerability ( CVE-2016-4117 ) exists in Adobe Flash Player 21.0.0.226 and earlier versions for Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and Chrome OS. Successful exploitation could cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.
Adobe is aware of a report that an exploit for CVE-2016-4117 exists in the wild. Adobe will address this vulnerability in our monthly security update, which will be available as early as May 12.
