Apple iOS 9.3.1 (更新) on 06 Apr. 2016
Apple iOS が 9.3.1 に更新されました。バッテリーが50% 以下では更新出来ませんのでご注意下さい。WiFi環境でないと更新できません。公衆 Wifi 等、速度制限がかかっている場合があります。安定した通信環境で iOS 9.3.1 への更新をお勧めします。
セキュリティ関連の詳しい内容については、現在のところ秘匿されています。
いくつかのバグの修正がなされている事は確実です。ネット上には、情報が記載されていますが、実際のところは、Apple 社の公式発表を確認していきたいと思います。
経過観察と今後の情報は、確認されましたら、このページに加筆いたします。
通常の使用、操作において、現在のところ不具合はありませんでした。

siri を使ったパスコードの迂回方法が Youtube に投稿されています。現状、次の更新が配信されるまでは、 siri を無効にして運用することをお勧めします。
